TNNA Survey Says: Neat and Tidy Stores Win

TNNA Survey Says is a biweekly series of articles featuring useful business advice based upon the TNNA State of Specialty NeedleArts 2016 surveys of more than 15,000 fiber artists, retailers, and wholesalers.

You friendly and knowledgeable staff are what make people fall passionately in love with your store. But what if your store is a mess? The flame of retail love may never kindle no matter how nice everyone is. Needle arts customers, from knitters to needlepointers to cross-stitchers, all want their local shops to meet these basic and very important standards:
