The trade show features a Discover What’s New area outside the exhibit hall where exhibiting companies have an opportunity to display their NEWEST and HOTTEST products. Previous participants report that participating in the Discover What’s New area has helped draw attendees to their booth.

Cost to participate: $50 per new product

Please note the following:

  • Entries must be NEW products and made available for viewing in your booth as well as in the Discover What's New area.
  • Entries must remain in the display area during the entire show.
  • Display item(s) should be brought to the Discover What's New area near registration between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on setup day, Friday.
  • Business cards must be attached to each item to be displayed.
  • Exhibitor should supply easel or stand if product requires it.
  • All items must be picked up by 2:30 p.m. on the last day of the show. TNNA is not responsible for items left. Any merchandise not picked up will be considered abandoned.
  • Dimensions: size limit for products is 16" wide by 24" deep. Height of entry on lower (36" high) tables is limited to 6"; entries on higher (48" high) tables are limited to 18" maximum height.

Entries in Discover What's New are voted on by show attendees for

1st Place receives FREE Booth in one 2016 TNNA Show
2nd Place receives FREE Additional Booth in one 2016 TNNA Show
3rd Place receives FREE New Product Entry in one 2016 TNNA Show

The National NeedleArts Association expressly disclaims any and all liability and responsibility for loss, damage or injury to any goods, merchandise or personal property. It is advised that exhibitors obtain an insurance rider to their policy to cover samples against loss or damage.
