EXCLUSIVE!  Field Trip to the National Museum of American History

ONLY 10 spaces available!  Cost:  $25

Yarn Group has organized a behind the scenes tour of the Division of Home and Community Life at the National Museum of American History at 1 pm on Monday, June 13th.  Curator of Textiles, Madelyn Shaw, has graciously scheduled a private knitting and crochet focused tour to view such National treasures as Mr. Roger's sweater and more.

Join tour guide and Yarn Group member Sonya Phillips (100 Acts of Sewing) on this incredible opportunity!

We have rented a shuttle to take participants to the museum. You will be given more details on shuttle pick up at the show.

Tours generally last 60-90 minutes.  There is no place for visitors to sit in storage, so visitors need to be prepared to stand for that length of time.
