Start preparing for the TNNA NeedleArts Summer Trade Show!

SCAM ALERT: Beware of companies, such as Sierra Global Solutions, contacting TNNA members and exhibitors offering hotel reservations for the Summer Trade Show in Columbus. These companies ARE NOT affiliated with TNNA.

Hotels

TNNA has negotiated rates at select show hotels, with prices ranging from $118 to $169 per night (excluding tax).

Please note: Upon booking, a $3.50 non-refundable fee will be charged to your credit card. This fee is used to verify non-face-to-face transactions by cross-referencing the cardholder address with the card issuer’s records. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as payment to Hotel Accommodations.

If you contact the hotel directly, they will redirect you to our website to complete your booking. All bookings must be completed via our housing manager.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by May 26, 2017. Cancellations after May 26, 2017, will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax.

Importance of Booking Hotel Reservations Through TNNA

TNNA has secured discounted room blocks at select hotels for the Summer Trade Show. In order to secure a room block, TNNA must agree to a certain minimum commitment of rooms at these hotels. If TNNA fails to fulfill this minimum commitment, it will have an extreme, negative financial impact on the association, as well as the trade show.

Accordingly, a number of “housing pirates,” third-party entities who offer guest rooms below the official group rate, may contact you in order to make your reservation. Not only do these “housing pirates” hurt TNNA by preventing us from meeting our room block pick-up, they also have the potential of hurting you by requiring pre-payment for a reserved room that does not actually exist. These reasons are why it is of the utmost importance that you ONLY book your reservation through TNNA. Preferred TNNA hotels will be announced in the coming weeks.

Registration for the show will open soon, so be sure to take advantage of member benefits and pricing by ensuring that your membership status is current. Click here to access your member profile.

Please feel free to contact us at info@tnna.org with any questions you may have on the above the trade show or your membership. We look forward to seeing you this June!
