TNNA has negotiated discounted hotel rates for the 2020 NeedleArts Winter Market. Booking information will be sent to Winter Market attendees as part of their registration confirmation. If you are contacted directly to book your room, this is not an authorized representative of TNNA or the host hotels. Do not book hotel rooms directly on the hotel’s website, as you may not find availability or the TNNA discounted group rate. If you need your registration confirmation re-sent, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We strongly encourage you to book within the TNNA hotel block. Not only will this land you right where all the action is, but it also supports TNNA as the meeting organizer and your industry association.
TNNA has negotiated group rates at the following hotel:
Group Cut-Off Date
- To receive the discounted group rate, reservations must be made by December 27, 2019. Discounted rooms will be available up until this date or until sold out, whichever comes first.
- Hotel requires all reservations to be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax at the time of booking.
Cancelling a Reservation
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, please call 512-469-9000 to do so at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
Housing Piracy Note: TNNA has received reports that hotel brokers have contacted our attendees and exhibitors to solicit the purchase of hotel rooms. These brokers are misrepresenting TNNA as well as the status of room rates and availability at our negotiated hotels for the TNNA Winter Market. These brokers are not affiliated or endorsed by TNNA. Brokers soliciting your business have been known to accept payment without confirming room reservations. If this occurs, the hotel has no obligation to provide you with the accommodations you were expecting. Do not fall victim to this practice. You should only book your hotel room at one of the host hotels by using the special link or group rate code provided by TNNA in your registration confirmation email.
