Retailers automatically become members of the Retail Section. Affiliate Members may choose the Section most appropriate for them.
The Wholesale Members
meets at each Winter and Summer trade show to address issues relating to the Wholesale NeedleArts Industry.
The Retail Members
give a voice to this large segment of the industry, and actively participate in the governance of the association, as well as in the development of programs and services. The Retail Members are governed by the Retail Council. The Council is comprised of seven members, including a chair, vice-chair and
The Manufacturers Representatives
meet at each Winter and Summer trade show and address concerns
specific to their unique position within the industry. A special Task Force has developed suggested guidelines for Vendors/Reps.
The Business and Creative Services Members
encompass all those who provide creative and business services to the needlearts
industry. It includes authors, bookkeepers/accountants, copy editors, designers, fiber artists, finishers, graphic designers, illustrators, marketing specialists, photographers, teachers (business-to-business and consumer), technical editors, website developers, those in video production, etc. Meetings are held at both the Winter and Summer trade show, while forums provide communication and networking opportunities between shows. Our goal is to provide a collective voice for this sector of the industry.
